Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or CBT for short, is a therapeutic approach that addresses a person’s thinking patterns and behavior. It is often used to help promote positive behavior and manage negative thoughts. It is a great tool that many therapists, including myself, utilize on a regular basis. Recently I took out the time to create an online course on Udemy that goes over the basics of CBT. I’m very proud of it and I think it can be very helpful for others in the mental health field in addition to client’s that are thinking of trying out CBT for their own therapeutic needs.
I’m promoting the course throughout June by providing the course for absolutely free, that’s on the house! The only thing you have to do is join the mailing list for this blog, you can find the submission form at the bottom of this and every other post. At the end of the month I will send out an email to each person on the mailing list with a link and coupon code for the free course. I’m very excited to share this with everyone!
Joining the mailing list will also let you know when I publish new posts on top of the other cool stuff that I’ll be sending out from time to time. So add yourself to the list today and I’ll be in touch!
